Each token is measured once at a fixed age after we covered it, and that measurement is never revised. Counted once per token, not once per article.

Every token this site publishes about is re-measured on a fixed schedule. At set ages after publication — 7 days, 30 days — the pool's liquidity is recorded once and never rewritten. "Untradeable" means under $5,000, the point at which an ordinary sale moves the price more than a seller would accept.
Tokens whose checkpoint was missed — where the pipeline was not running when the age passed — are excluded from both the count and the rate, rather than counted as survivors. Follow-up articles about tokens already covered are excluded too, since they would count the same token twice and are written precisely because something happened to it.
